In order to book 20 people in our July Photography workshops, the minimum number of my target audience to reach would be 2000 people.
This is how I intend to reach those people:
Email – mail out to 900 email subscribers with 260 opens x 4 = 1040 impressions
Facebook – Targeted Boost post x 2 = 12,000 impressions
Camera Clubs – 100 people x 4 impressions = 400
In person networking – 80 x 4 = 320
Post cards to past clientele – 100 x 2 = 200
For those people who show interest, We will send them detailed information on our workshops and track them with a series of emails and phone calls.
Because of this exercise, we will put a marketing plan like this into action every month for the three main workshops we want to promote.
