    My overall goal for this year is to build my coaching program which teaches self-employed owners of service businesses how to speak and write so that clients know why they need them.

    Currently it’s called “Why Should They Do Business With YOU?” The title may change. I offer it as individual coaching, in a group, or as a home-study course. I’m planning to start a new group program in May.

    Goals of my content strategy: to talk about topics that tie in with my group program.

    Frequency:
    – One newsletter article a month. May bump this to twice a month later.
    – 1-2 blog posts a month .
    – Post links to articles/blog posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter

    Blog – Where we go wrong when talking about what we do. Examples
    Newsletter – Where do you start with creating a message – ideal client profile
    Blog – A mindset shift. Examples

    APRIL

    Blog – Tips on how to stand out without being hypey. Examples

    MAY
    Blog – How NOT to stand out! Examples of pitfalls.
    Newsletter – What might stop people buying from you?
    Blog – How to respond to your prospects’ concerns about hiring you

    JUNE
    Blogs – Sales mindset
    Newsletter – Do you know who you are?

    JULY
    Blog – How your personality affects your business. Examples.
    Newsletter – How to present your info so that you connect, engage and persuade
    Blog – Creative confusion
